Lemon Shrimp Alfredo.
Made this the other night, and it turned out pretty well, so I figured i’d post the recipe up.
2 bags of Lipton/Knorr Pasta Sides. Plain Alfredo flavor. (I know, the picture is alfredo broccoli, but thats what i found online)
One box o’ Gorton’s Lemon Shrimp Scampi.
Lemon Pepper
Dry lemon peel
Milk
Water
Pan
Pot
Fresh parmesan cheese. (Go get a block of fresh stuff, dont use powder, lazy-butt)
In the pot, make the two bags of pasta and sauce, except use 1/2 milk and 1/2 water instead of what the directions say. Add half a teaspoon of lemon pepper, and a dash of lemon peel to the milk/water as you add the pasta.
In the pan, cook the shrimp scampi as the directions say, however, add 1/4 cup of milk to the pan as they cook to increase the amount of sauce. As you flip them, sprinkle some lemon pepper on top.
Serve the pasta with the shrimp on top. Dont mix the shrimp in to the pasta, just put it on top with its own sauce.
Throw on some freshly grated parmesan cheese if you want.
