Its go-to-the-hospital-and-get-poked-and-prodded-and-cut-up-day. Yay me. :(
So. In case you were following the latest “JP has crappy health” trend…
Here are my symptoms:
-severe thirst not accompanied by dehydration
-sudden weight loss (i’ve been steady at around 190-200 for months, now i’m down to 181
-loss of appitite
-headache and blurry vision.
-blood in my stool
-metallic taste in my mouth and on my lips
-dry mouth
-These abnormal blister dot things on my knes, arms, neck and back, that are painful to the touch, and ooze blood and clear fluid when opened.
They’ve ruled out viral and bacterial causes.
Its not contagious.
They want me to see a dermatologist, and an oncologist… possibly even get some of the dots biopsied to check for abnormal growth.
Yeah. They think it may possibly be precancerous.
Thats the one I’m worried about.
I’m going to spend most of the afternoon at UNMH getting tested, poked and prodded. Whoo the fuck hoo.
