It occurs to me, that all my new colorful cards have www.jpdl.us/contactme.htm at the bottom of them as alternative contact information. Well, up until right now, I totally spaced about that. When I let wordpress take over the domain for my blog, I forgot about that one page, which was actually hosted as www.madrabbitt.com/contactme.htm To make a long story short, whenever anyone actually typed in the contact me page, or was directed there from my email sig or my IM away message, it just brought them to the main page of the blog.

Fine if they wanted to read about my life, not fine if they were needing to get ahold of me…

So yeah

-Create a new subdomain http://blog.jpdl.us

-Point wordpress to the http://blog.jpdl.us subdomain and let it take that over

-Recreate the folder at http://www.jpdl.us rather then just forwarding it to http://www.madrabbitt.com like it used to.

-Redirect browsers from http://www.jpdl.us to http://blog.jpdl.us

-Upload the contact me page back to http://www.jpdl.us

And that should do it. I think.

And on that subject, The guy I sold one of the craigslist USB chargers to left Tomi a comment on her blog.

I suppose he could have seen my jp@jpdl.us email address, gone to the website, seen the blog, read it, found the link to Tomi’s… etc etc etc.

Weird. (shrug)

Its the attack of the interwebs.

On that subject, Caitlin’s nerdy friends are nerrrrrrrrrrrrrdy.

LOL…

Oh THAT subject now, I forgot to write about last night.

Remind me to do that.

I swear to god, if XM radio’s collection service calls ONE MORE DAMN TIME…

My account balance is currently POSITIVE $115.61.

Right. As in, i have a credit.

As in, they technically owe me money.

I got my $24 and change bill.

I bought two $30 giftcards from the guy online i buy my giftcards from (btw. i get them at less then face value, usually two $30 cards for $45, if you have XM i’ll tell you where to buy) and applied both the account. First one brought my account to positive 4.61. Second one brought it to positive $34.61

Then my sister gave me a $55 giftcard to cover her radio for 6 months, bringing it to  a positive 89 dollar balance.

The remaining $25 on there has been two credits of $12.50 for my “inconvenience” when the damn collections department called me. At the rate they’re going, i’m not going to have to pay for service for quite a while.

Which is fine with me.

I like my XM radio alot.

Just stop fucking calling me this damn early, you owe me money, not the other way around, ’slice.
